Our mission

At XTRAKARE, we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to live and compassionate support to thrive — especially disabled adults who face housing instability, health challenges, or financial barriers.

We offer free housing in a warm, home-like setting and connect residents to personal care services through the Nebraska Medicaid Aged & Disabled (AD) Waiver. Our program is ideal for disabled adults, seniors, and vulnerable individuals who need daily support but don’t belong in a nursing facility.
